The City Clerk serves as Clerk to the City Council. The Clerk’s Office administer selections, maintains voter registration records, maintains all City records and documents, and posts all public notices.

The City Clerk provides election services to more than 5,000 registered voters in the city. Visit the Voting & Election page in the government section for more information.
Services
While the Clerk’s Office is primarily associated with elections, a number of other services are provided to local residents through this department.
Services Include
- Maintaining files of all permanent records of ordinances, resolutions, minutes, and official actions of the various municipal bodies such as the City Council and Boards of Commissions. (Copies of these records are available at a nominal cost.)
- Maintaining copies of City maps and Charter books. (Copies available at a nominal cost.)
